Pilot Examiners have been designated at various locations to conduct
airmen
practical test and issue Student Pilot certificates. Unless
otherwise stated, examiners
are authorized to conduct Private, Commercial and Instrument Rating
pratical test.
Examiners authorized to conduct practical test in multiengine aircraft
are denoted with
the aircraft type under their name. Examiners authorized to
administer renewal and reinstatement flight instructor practical test are
so indicated. Applicants must meet the following prerequisites (FAR
61.39 revised) prior to taking a practical test: (1)
have passed the prescribed written test within 24 months prior to
taking the practical
test (when applicable), (2) have the appropriate aeronautical experience,
(3) hold a
current and appropriate medical certificate, and (4) have a flight
instructor's written
recommendation.
